Developer says Everglades Townhomes work resumed; completion targeted by year end
Developer Michael Snograss told the Pahokee commission he expects underground utilities to be finished within two weeks, interior finishes to follow building-by-building and overall project completion in about 90 days. Priority occupancy will go to farmworkers under USDA rental-assistance rules.
