Public Works Committee approves advertising RFP for traffic signal optimization study
At its March 10 meeting the Rapid City Public Works Committee approved the consent agenda, including authorization to advertise a request for proposals for a traffic signal optimization study. The state DOT will fund 81.95% with an 18.05% local match from traffic engineering's budget.
