Washington County Board authorizes start of Stone Ridge Estates 140th Street improvement process
The Washington County Board of Supervisors authorized County Engineer Jacob Thorius to begin the agreement and bidding process for improvements to 140th Street requested by the Stone Ridge Estates HOA; the HOA says it has budgeted $95,000 and would share maintenance costs 50/50 with the county for eight years.
