Commission accepts conservation restriction on Toby West parcel in Dennis Village
The Dennis Conservation Commission voted Nov. 21 to accept a donated conservation restriction on a 1.4‑acre parcel of the Toby West property at 272 Route 6A after a representative of the Dennis Conservation Land Trust explained the state tax‑credit requirement.

Dave FriXell, representing the Dennis Conservation Land Trust, told the commission the trust had acquired Lot 164 — a 1.4‑acre parcel at 272 Route 6A known as Toby West — and that the state’s conservation land tax credit requires the town to hold a restriction on the property. “I am here to seek your vote and signature to approve and accept the donation of this restriction,” FriXell said.
