At its June 2 meeting the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved a series of routine procurement items and a settlement agreement.
The board approved an MOU with RDO Truck Center for vehicle repair services and purpose-built equipment with an estimated cost not to exceed $20,000, and a contract with DH Pace Company to provide overhead door repair services (cost not to exceed $50,000). The board also accepted a purchasing agent recommendation to award a purchase order to Central Square for the sheriff's first two annual subscription fees totaling $10,800.
The board approved a contract with First Rate Pumping Services Inc. for pumping, hauling and disposal services with a cost not to exceed $8,600, and it approved a settlement agreement and release between Armory Carroll and the county (no settlement amount disclosed in the public record). All motions passed on unanimous roll-call votes as recorded.
