At the June 1 meeting the Transportation Commission approved Item 74, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation's fiscal year 2027 budget work program, after a presentation by Mr. Carter. Mr. Carter explained the department is required to submit a budget work program to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services each June to establish budget authority for the coming fiscal year and recommended the commission adopt the submission.
