Irondequoit zoning board grants four variances, tables one application after neighbor concerns
The Irondequoit Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-0 to grant area variances for properties at 231 Shore Drive, 250 Per Avenue, 69 Gennonado Road and 1936 Hudson Avenue, and with the applicant's consent tabled the 397 Rock Beach Road renewal to July after neighbors raised drainage, sewer and setback concerns.
