The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners voted June 2 to hold a private attorney–client session at 1:00 p.m. to discuss settlement negotiations in Transit Village LLC v. Palm Beach County (Case 2024CA001949). County attorneys said the session will be recorded by a certified court reporter, and that the transcript will be filed with the clerk and made public when the litigation concludes, per Section 286.001(8), Florida Statutes.
