RMLD staff presented a planned advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) replacement that will provide 15‑minute interval data, improved outage detection and time‑of‑use capability; staff said meters meet the FCC one‑watt limit and the utility is not planning an opt‑out program though it may study costs if customers request one.
