Chehalis awards $1.07 million engineering contract for downtown rejuvenation
The Chehalis City Council approved a $1,066,500 consultant contract with Harper Huff Peterson Reghellis (HHPR) for Phase 1 engineering of the downtown rejuvenation project. About 49% of the contract is funded by the Transportation Improvement Board, leaving a city share of roughly $540,461 funded by Transportation Benefit District funds.
