The Peekskill Common Council voted Feb. 23 to award Bid No. 2025‑007 (Alternate 4) to Scape‑Tech Landscape Technology, Inc. to construct the Civic Hub Project and related S Division Street improvements. The council authorized a contract not to exceed $2,176,900 for the Civic Hub Project and $1,096,550 for the S Division Street Improvements. The motion passed by majority; Councilman Brian Fassett recorded an opposed vote while the other six council members voted in favor.
