Health Director Francis Daigle offered to prepare a pros‑and‑cons list; staff also agreed to check neighboring towns' regulations on retaining walls so the board can assess whether Littleton would be an outlier. If the board votes to proceed, staff would formally advertise a hearing and accept public comment prior to any reintroduction of provisions.
