Commission approves revised Beck Farm preliminary plat with grade exception
The commission approved a revised preliminary plat for the 16-lot Beck Farm subdivision (SUB-2025-03) at 2800 N 1810 E, allowing an exception permitting the 2800 North cul-de-sac to exceed the 8% grade standard as requested in the staff report.

The North Logan Planning Commission voted unanimously on April 9 to approve the revised preliminary plat and subdivision improvement plans for the Beck Farm subdivision (SUB-2025-03), which converts a previously non-buildable parcel into Lot 16 to create a 16-lot single-family subdivision in the RE-1 zone at approximately 2800 N 1810 E (Parcel ID: 04-050-0009).
