Mayor Matthias told the Woolwich Township Committee on Sept. 2 that the State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC) will convene its Bank Board on Oct. 9, 2025 to hear the township's case regarding the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) program. She characterized the scheduled Bank Board meeting as a significant development in the township's effort to resolve the TDR program and reopen farmland preservation pathways.
