The Assembly Local Government Committee approved its consent calendar and moved several bills and a joint resolution out of committee. Consent items included measures referred from the Senate Local Government Committee (SB 14 40, SB 14 41, SB 14 42), bills by Senators Choi and Valadares, and SJR 11 (Cervantes), among others. The committee recorded those consent items as passed on the consent calendar (announced in transcript statements as passed 6-0).
