Representatives from Wasatch Development Group presented a conceptual master plan for a Wolfpack Way site and asked whether the council would be willing to consider a development agreement. The package combined multiple building types — interior-corridor apartments, garden-style walk-ups, and for-rent townhomes — and showed roughly 193 rental units with approximately 14,000 square feet of commercial on the corner in the developer's exhibit.
