Town Board approves HOME match, sets PHA plan hearing after HUD grant offer
The Town Board approved a $137,421.26 FFY 2024 HOME Program match and authorized staff to submit HUD documentation; it also approved release of the Town's 2025–2029 Housing Choice Voucher PHA Plan with a public hearing set for Sept. 4. Officials said HUD offered a new $500,000 annual HOME grant.
