Blanco County awards multiple road-material and construction bids and approves several replats

On the concrete projects, three firms submitted bids for the five Cypress Mill Road crossings; the low bidder, Ruiz Construction, submitted the lowest total for the set of projects and the court approved awarding the contract to Ruiz. Separately, the court accepted a $87,168 low bid from Available Construction for a separate project item and approved the replat creating Lot 36A from Lots 36 and 37 in J Subdivision and reclassification actions in Rocking J subdivision (including Lot 75R and Lot 1246RR). Those replat motions passed by recorded voice vote noted in the meeting as 'motion carries.'
