Apache Junction council continues two rezoning/development hearings to later dates after brief public comment
The council granted continuances for P-26-4-PZ (Banyan Residential, 6.7 acres) to July 21, 2026 and P-26-6-PZ (rezoning at 275 S Cactus Road) to June 16, 2026 after planners said applicants needed more time for design and notification; both votes were unanimous.
