Jason Lee, who identified himself as a local project representative, told the Municipal Advisory Council the company will hold an informal community preview of a proposed 500‑acre commercial and light‑industrial site on the corner of Bridge Road and the R1 Expressway at Simpson Hall (30401 Reservoir) on Thursday the 29th. “It’s going to be open… I’ll be there to answer questions,” Lee said while inviting neighbors to review boards and give feedback.
