District leaders reported year‑end assessment gains—preK phonological awareness (43% to 74%), preK letter‑sound correspondence (31% to 87%), K–2 reading (41% to 63%), and grade‑3 MAP reading (41% to 58%)—and said they will implement foundational third‑grade literacy blocks and math learning labs.
