At its June 1 meeting the board appointed or reappointed nominees to advisory bodies including the Craven Aging Planning Board, Recreation Advisory Council, Social Services Board and Juvenile Crime Prevention Council; several appointments were made by acclamation.

The Craven County Board of Commissioners confirmed a slate of appointments to advisory boards and committees during its June 1 meeting. Commissioners nominated and, where no additional nominations were offered, appointed candidates by acclamation.
