Commissioners reviewed a previously tabled offer to donate the parcel comprising the intersection of Pinhook and Whitesill. Staff reported the buyers purchased the property in 2024, a title search was completed at that time, an outstanding mortgage was paid off at acquisition, and county records show no further encumbrances.
