The Board approved a mix of routine and substantive land-use items — including Koontz Place townhomes, an affordable 50-unit senior housing project with TIF support, B&B Sports Academy redevelopment and multiple rezoning requests — and denied a major PUR amendment for a North 16th Street project after staff found the exterior changes departed from approved plans.
