Wells County Council approves multiple appropriations, moves forward with MUST Taskforce and broadband compliance
At its May 6, 2026 meeting in Bluffton, the Wells County Council approved several additional appropriations, an interlocal agreement with the City of Bluffton tied to a CCMG road project, five Heartland REMC CF-1 broadband compliance forms, and voted to pursue a Municipal Unit Strategic Taskforce on LIT distribution; council heard two public commenters on flock cameras and sewer-district staffing.
