Transcript correction: The presenter referenced an environmental review as "SQA" in the transcript; the articles correct that to the standard State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) and record the correction in authorities.
Vote tallies and outcomes: The public transcript records motions, seconds and the chair calling for 'all in favor' but does not include roll‑call vote counts for most items. The articles therefore record approvals with outcomes 'approved' where the chair called the vote and note that detailed tallies were not specified.
