On second reading the City Commission amended transit‑district rules on adult‑entertainment uses to increase spacing to 1,000 feet between similar uses, limit hours (3:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) and require site plan review for signage, lighting and configurations; the ordinance passed 4‑1.
