Commissioner Steve McCurry moved to approve Application and Certificate for Payment No. 27 (period ending Feb. 28, 2026) from River City Construction, LLC, for $306,049.26 for Phase 2 of the Coffey County Law Enforcement Center Project; funds will come from the Jail Construction Project Fund (Fund 111). The motion passed.
