Board hears updates on Wendy’s redesign, sidewalk accessibility concern and a withdrawn application
The Planning Board heard that a developer may consolidate two approved buildings into a single Wendy’s with one drive-through and a walk-in smoothie tenant, was told that Chris Clapper is no longer pursuing an application, and was alerted to a resident concern that a new gas station sidewalk at Nashua Rd. and Lakeview Ave. may not be handicap accessible.
