Chilhowie District Supervisor Mike Sturgill asked that St. Clairs Creek be added to the cellular coverage goals; Rye Valley District Supervisor Jason Parris asked that Konnarock also be added. Chair Charlie Atkins requested that any reference to "county administrators" be amended to read "supervisors." Rye Valley District Supervisor Jason Parris moved to approve the plan as amended; Mike Sturgill seconded and the board approved unanimously.
The board made no additional budget appropriations at the meeting tied specifically to the strategic plan; staff were authorized to implement and track the plan's action items and report progress to the board.
