After a public hearing on May 26, the Buffalo County Board of Commissioners granted final plat approval for Eagle Hill Estates First Subdivision Addition (Resolution 2026-25).
Surveyor Trenton Snow and developer Brent M. Carmody appeared to present the final plat and answer Board questions. The Board found the plan of development compliant with Buffalo County’s Subdivision Resolution, noted required minimum improvements had been completed, and that the developer had entered into satisfactory agreements with the county for continued road surface maintenance. The resolution approves the final plat on a basis described in county records; it lists the subdivision as containing approximately 86.60 acres.
The motion carried on roll call among the five members present; Commissioners Higgins and Loeffelholz were absent. The resolution incorporates earlier preliminary approvals and standards applied by the county during prior meetings.
