Planning commission approves multiple plats, building permit and performance bonds
The commission approved a building permit for a replacement home, final plats for Summit View, Lookout Crossing and Legacy Section 6 (two contingent), and accepted performance bonds for several developments totaling more than $3 million in surety across items discussed.

At its June 4 meeting the Springfield Municipal Regional Planning Commission approved a series of development permits, final plats and performance bonds, taking action on residential and infrastructure matters that will move projects toward construction or recording.
