The Dallas County Board of Supervisors on May 19 considered multiple rezoning petitions and approved ordinances to change zoning districts on three separate parcels in Des Moines, Grant and Van Meter townships. Planning and Zoning staff supplied background memos and recommended approval in each case, and the board adopted the ordinances as presented.
