Christian County approves CJW contract to study Tracker–Nicholas intersection after $944,000 grant
The Christian County Commission approved a contract with CJW to study and design the Tracker and Nicholas Road intersection, following a $944,000 STBG grant for design and construction. Commissioners heard the firm already began traffic counts and approved the contract by voice vote.

An agency official for the Christian County Highway Department told commissioners the county received a $944,000 STBG grant for design and construction of the Tracker and Nicholas Road intersection and recommended hiring CJW to perform the study and design. "We received an STBG grant, the amount of $944,000 for the design and construction of that," the official said, and added the county had solicited eight consultant proposals before selecting CJW.
