There were no formal motions or recorded votes during the Jan. 22 joint meeting. Committee members agreed to develop a draft scope of work for improved surficial and geophysical mapping to support grant applications, and they tentatively scheduled a follow-up joint meeting for early March (proposed Thursday, March 5 at 6 p.m.). The group discussed grant timelines, potential budgets and academic or consultant pathways for carrying out the work.
