Morrison County board appoints Greg Colom to Planning Commission, approves conditional‑use permit for The Landing

The Morrison County Board on Tuesday approved two land‑services items: the appointment of Greg Colom to the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and an after‑the‑fact conditional use permit for Jeff and Melissa Garley to use a detached garage as expanded dining at The Landing.

Amy, a land‑services representative, presented Greg Colom’s appointment to complete the remainder of John Cornelius’s term for Commissioner District 2. Commissioner Moran moved to appoint Colom; Commissioner Winer seconded.
