Audit: issues found and fixes applied

I reviewed the draft articles against the meeting transcript and the audit checklist. The major issues identified were naming inconsistencies for the Children and Youth director and conflicting times recorded for the meeting start/adjournment in the transcript; both issues were flagged and explicitly noted in the audit. No substantive factual claims about votes, dollar amounts, or motions were invented; all actions described in the articles are directly supported by the transcript excerpts cited in provenance.
