Votes at a glance: council approves HPC changes, RFA appointments, communications plan and charter (all 7–0)

At its committee meeting the council approved an ordinance revising Historic Preservation Commission membership, a resolution naming three city appointees to a regional fire authority planning committee, and adopted the council strategic communications plan and communications charter. All motions passed unanimously, 7–0.
