At its Feb. 10 meeting, the Goodview City Council approved a one-year contract for 2025 to have Mr. Bill Whetstone operate the Goodview Compost Site. Councilmember Cassandra Gilliam moved and Councilmember Sandra Ramirez seconded the motion; all voted aye and the motion carried.
