At the Sept. 8 meeting the Goodview City Council approved the consent agenda, which included the minutes of the Aug. 18, 2025 regular meeting and the hiring of Thomas Bruger and Tyler Burkhalter as firefighters and first responders effective Sept. 16, 2025. The consent motion was moved by Councilmember Dick Ledebuhr and seconded by Councilmember Cassandra Gilliam; all members voted aye.
