County planners and the applicant outlined a conditional approval Wednesday for a proposed five-unit attached-residential project known as the Sulttera development on East County Highway 30A. Staff said the application, submitted as MIN26-000040 by Clifford/Ner (engineering) on behalf of Maverick 5 Development LLC, requires outstanding reviews from fire, engineering and GIS but otherwise met the technical standards for development order consideration.
