The zoning board recommended approval of the Wakefield Park final plat (27 lots) after a scheduling history in which the BOCC had previously approved a through-street connection at 198th Street rather than the zoning board’s earlier recommendation for a cul-de-sac; the developer must meet standard infrastructure requirements and the item is on the BOCC agenda July 16.
