Weld County adopts updated on‑site wastewater regulations (Code Ordinance 2026‑07)
On second reading the Weld County Board of Commissioners adopted Code Ordinance 2026‑07 to repeal and reenact Chapter 30 (on‑site wastewater treatment system regulations) after state review. Staff noted 17 changes following CDPHE input and provided a regulatory crosswalk to the state. No public comments were offered and adoption was unanimous.
