Planning commission approves multiple plats and replats, several final considerations

The commission approved preliminary plats for Ponderosa Commercial Unit 5 and North Webb right‑of‑way, preliminary plats for D & J Alexander phases, and final replat/final plats presented as items 10A–10C. All motions passed by voice vote, generally subject to staff comments.
At the meeting the Planning & Zoning Commission approved a slate of plats and replats spanning commercial and industrial projects.
Preliminary approvals included Ponderosa Commercial Subdivision Unit 5 Phase 1 (applicant Killam Development; engineer Biskey Engineering), approved subject to staff comments; North Webb Industrial Park right‑of‑way extension (applicant Andra Indra Inc.; engineer Holland Engineering), approved by voice vote; and two D & J Alexander commercial preliminary plats (engineer Top Site Civil Group), both approved after the applicants indicated concurrence with staff comments.
The commission also took final consideration of several replats and final plats (replat of lot three, block seven Saticoy Terrace Northeast Las Palmas Subdivision Phase Two into lot 4B; Winfield Phase Seven C; and replat of NJ Alexander Commercial Subdivision Phase 15 into lot 4D) and approved them as read into the record.
Motions on the plats were voiced and approved by the commission; specific movers and seconders were not captured on the record. Where staff comments were required, approvals were made subject to those comments as noted in the staff packet.
