Pendleton County commissioners voted unanimously Feb. 17 to adopt an amended enhanced 911 ordinance that sets monthly per-line fees: $8.00 for business/Centrex/PBX lines and $5.00 for residential lines (VoIP included); Tel-Assistance lines are exempt.
