County selects Pivotal as developer for Hartford/Pine parcels and approves $3M MSHDA grant for Shaw Walker redevelopment
The board approved naming Pivotal GP Holdings the preferred developer for county lots at 84 & 90 Hartford and 1017–1035 Pine Street, authorized sale for $330,000, and approved a $3 million MSHDA grant agreement to support rehabilitation of the former Shaw Walker Furniture site into mixed‑use housing serving households at or below 120% AMI.
