Holly Springs council ratifies MOU supporting transitional housing grant, approves multiple contracts and fee changes
The Holly Springs City Council voted unanimously to support a DCA grant application through an MOU with 1st Baptist Church of Woodstock for transitional housing, and approved a professional services agreement, fee-schedule amendment, personnel changes and several contracts totaling under $200,000.

The Holly Springs City Council unanimously approved a package of consent and new-business items at its May 21 meeting, including a memorandum of understanding to support 1st Baptist Church of Woodstock’s grant application to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs to develop transitional supportive housing for single mothers and their children.
