Board approves contracts, policy updates and school projects; honors students and teachers
At its June meeting, the Rockingham County Board of Education approved a reorganization of the INSPIRE day-treatment program, updates to student-assignment and extracurricular policy, the district HVAC contract, a West Rock Middle renovation contract using lottery funds, and the Wrightsville School design-build agreement; members also recognized student-athletes and teacher award nominees.
