El Rio/Del Norte MAC approves March minutes; Supervisor Long’s staff reports pothole and sign repairs and upcoming cleanups

The council unanimously approved the March meeting minutes after a motion by Julie Hupp and a second from Lorane Bailon. Ariana Castellanos of Supervisor Kelly Long’s office reported Caltrans has filled potholes on Vineyard Avenue and replaced a graffiti-damaged sign; the council listed two community cleanup dates and previewed a May 21 agenda item on Nyeland Acres resurfacing.
