The council convened in executive session to discuss economic and commercial negotiations related to a business prospect known as Project Blue Fire and returned to open session at 6:48 p.m. The mayor then called for a motion to approve the Project Blue Fire performance agreement as presented. A council member moved, Miss Normand seconded, and the motion passed by voice vote, 5-0.
